We are seeking a commercially minded Senior Reward Analyst to join our People Team and play a key role in shaping and delivering our reward and benefits offering across the Group.

Working closely with the Group HR Director and senior stakeholders, you will help ensure our reward practices remain fair, competitive and aligned to business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced reward professional who enjoys using data and insight to influence decision-making, drive continuous improvement and enhance the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of all Group reward activities, including annual pay reviews, bonus cycles, benchmarking exercises and benefits administration.
  • Coordinate annual pay and bonus processes, working closely with HR, Payroll and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Provide insight and analysis on compensation data, market trends and benchmarking information to support business decisions.
  • Support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of reward frameworks, policies and processes.
  • Manage reward-related projects, including job evaluation, grading structures and benefits optimisation initiatives.
  • Support pension governance activities and benefits renewals, liaising with external providers as required.
  • Prepare reports, analysis and briefing materials for Executive and Remuneration Committee discussions.
  • Support the production of gender pay gap and ethnicity pay gap reporting.
  • Ensure reward data is accurate, compliant and subject to appropriate governance controls.
  • Develop clear and engaging reward and benefits communications for employees and managers.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external reward, pension and benefits providers.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reward processes, systems and tools to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience in a Reward, Compensation or Benefits role, typically gained over 3-5 years.
  • Experience supporting pay review cycles, bonus schemes and benefits administration.
  • A solid understanding of reward principles, benchmarking methodologies and job evaluation.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and effectively.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across HR, Finance and operational teams.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience working with reward benchmarking providers such as Mercer, Willis Towers Watson (WTW) or equivalent.
  • Experience managing external providers, including pension and benefits suppliers.
  • CIPD qualification (or equivalent).
