South Staffordshire College have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic lecturer to join our Uniformed Public Services team. The successful candidate will be required to deliver and assess a range of topics from level one to level 3 to learners aged 16-18 and 19+ across the Uniformed Public Services disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and assess topics from level 1 to level 3 across Uniformed Public Services disciplines for learners aged 16-18 and 19+.
- Contribute to outstanding teaching and learning and support student progression.
Qualifications and experience
You will have extensive experience of working within the public services sector and be ideally qualified to at least a degree or equivalent and have a teaching qualification. Experience working within the sector will be essential in cases where a degree level of qualification is not held. The successful applicant ideally will have experience in either teaching, training and/or assessment and hold a level 5 teaching qualification or be prepared to work towards one.
