A new opportunity has arisen within the South Staffordshire College for a Curriculum Manager to lead and inspire the Construction team to build, grow and deliver a responsive curriculum for learners on Study Programmes and Apprenticeships as well as developing an adult skills offer for the sectors in your remit.

Responsibilities

  • Day to day management of the area.
  • Motivate your team to deliver an outstanding learning experience.
  • Drive quality improvements that will lead to high levels of learner retention, achievement and success.
  • Inspire and develop colleagues to achieve outstanding teaching, learning and assessment standards.
  • Build, grow and deliver a responsive curriculum for learners on Study Programmes and Apprenticeships.
  • Develop an adult skills offer for the sectors in your remit.

Qualifications & Experience

Management experience, at this level, is essential. You must be able to demonstrate current knowledge of the industry and outstanding delivery of teaching, learning and assessment, with a proven ability to inspire and develop colleagues to achieve such standards.
