The successful applicant will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check, including barred list information, as this post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. As part of safer recruitment practices and in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE), an online search will be completed for all shortlisted candidates. This is an exciting time to join our HR team. With new systems being implemented and new roles being added, we are looking for an experienced and values driven People Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in leading our HR and Payroll services and shaping a positive, inclusive and high performing culture across the College. Reporting to the Assistant Principal - People Services, you will provide strong operational leadership across employee relations, payroll, and policy, while supporting the delivery of our People Strategy and helping managers build confidence and capability in people management. This is a senior professional role, ideal for an individual who combines significant HR and ER experience, a sound understanding of payroll governance and a collaborative leadership style.

The College also contributes to your pension at a minimum of 20.9% (we contribute more for people in the Local Government Pension Scheme).
