This is an exciting time to join our HR team. With new systems being implemented and new roles being added, we are looking for an experienced and values-driven People Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in leading our HR and Payroll services and shaping a positive, inclusive and high performing culture across the College. Reporting to the Assistant Principal - People Services, you will provide strong operational leadership across employee relations, payroll, and policy, while supporting the delivery of our People Strategy and helping managers build confidence and capability in people management. This is a senior professional role, ideal for an individual who combines significant HR and ER experience, a sound understanding of payroll governance and a collaborative leadership style.
