We are seeking to appoint a Management Accountant to join the Finance team. The role will provide high-quality management accounting, financial analysis and business partnering support across the College, helping to inform planning, control and decision‑making.

About the role:

  • Produce monthly management accounts, forecasts, journals, reconciliations and variance analysis.
  • Partner with budget holders and senior colleagues to support effective financial control and decision‑making.
  • Support budget setting, reforecasting, audit activity and continuous improvement across finance reporting and processes.

About you:

  • You will have strong management accounting experience, excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate financial information clearly to non‑finance colleagues.
  • Fully qualified accountant (CCAB) accountant.
  • Experience of management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, journals and reconciliations.
  • Strong Excel, finance systems and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in education or the public sector would be an advantage.
