Location: Rodbaston Campus – Futures

Hours: 37 per week, 38 weeks, September 2026 start

Salary: £26,600.57 (Full Year Equivalent) – £23,658.01 (Actual Salary)

Responsibilities
  • Provide first‑class, imaginative support to students with severe and complex learning difficulties and disabilities.
  • Develop and deliver education, communication, social, emotional and personal skills to assist students in preparing for adulthood.
  • Deliver personalised study programmes designed to support each learner to achieve their full potential.
  • Work collaboratively as a strong team player with a real desire to help young adults.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Previous experience working in a range of settings supporting young people or adults with learning differences and/or disabilities.
  • Knowledge of SEND and the Education, Health and Care (EHC) process.
Requirements
  • Must be able to undertake an enhanced DBS check, including barred list information.
  • Compliance with safeguarding and training requirements as outlined by the organisation.
