Salary: £26,600.57 (Full Year Equivalent) – £23,658.01 (Actual Salary)
Responsibilities- Provide first‑class, imaginative support to students with severe and complex learning difficulties and disabilities.
- Develop and deliver education, communication, social, emotional and personal skills to assist students in preparing for adulthood.
- Deliver personalised study programmes designed to support each learner to achieve their full potential.
- Work collaboratively as a strong team player with a real desire to help young adults.
- Previous experience working in a range of settings supporting young people or adults with learning differences and/or disabilities.
- Knowledge of SEND and the Education, Health and Care (EHC) process.
- Must be able to undertake an enhanced DBS check, including barred list information.
- Compliance with safeguarding and training requirements as outlined by the organisation.

- College contributes to your pension at a minimum of 20.9% (greater contributions for Local Government Pension Scheme members).
