Salary: ÂŁ37,045.62 - ÂŁ40,463.23 per annum

Location: Rodbaston Campus

The successful applicant will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check, including barred list information, as this post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify learning needs and deliver high-quality development that builds a skilled, confident and inclusive workforce across the College.
  • Design, deliver and evaluate engaging learning programmes, coordinate training activity and recording, and manage the e-learning platform.
  • Work collaboratively with managers and colleagues to ensure learning interventions are accessible, aligned with organisational priorities and make a measurable difference.
  • Deliver safeguarding training as part of your induction and ongoing CPD.

Qualifications:

  • Enhanced DBS (Child) check required.
  • Proven track record in learning and development.
