We specialise in English and Maths retake opportunities (GCSE and Functional Skills) for young people, as part of their study programme, as well as adult learners through part-time (day/evening) and online provision.

We are looking for an outstanding Lecturer of English with a track record of success, and with passion, enthusiasm and flair to join our progressive and forward-thinking team in the new academic year. The successful candidate should be confident and able to implement up to date teaching and learning pedagogy, both within the classroom and through online learning mediums.

The individual should have the vision and capability to adapt the curriculum and teaching, learning and assessment to suit the needs of our diverse range of learners, from different vocational backgrounds and support needs, ensuring progress is made. In addition, the successful candidate will work closely with their English and maths coordinator, as well as Head of English and maths, to ensure the department continues to move forward in this exciting curriculum area.
