Responsibilities
As our Director of Motor Vehicle, Plumbing, Gas and NetZero you will also take on the wider responsibilities of Director of Faculty, working in partnership with the Assistant Principal for Curriculum and Quality to ensure South Staffordshire College is recognised for excellence in everything we do. You will lead the expansion of our curriculum offer, ensuring delivery is innovative, efficient, and of the highest quality. Your leadership will drive creativity, inspire teams, and secure exceptional results through robust quality assurance and continuous improvement.

We are looking for a visionary leader with proven experience in managing curriculum delivery teams within the post‑16 sector. You will bring outstanding communication skills, deep knowledge, and a track record of driving improvement and delivering measurable impact.
