Are you ready to inspire the next generation of business leaders? South Staffordshire College is looking for a dynamic and visionary Curriculum Manager to lead our Business, Leadership and Accounts team, in a brand-new role due to growth. This is your chance to shape high‑quality provision across our Creative Lichfield Campus and our exciting new Business and Leadership Academy.
Responsibilities
- Drive innovation and growth in Business, Leadership and Accounts education
- Ensure learners gain the skills and confidence to succeed in their careers
- Oversee vocational and work‑based learning, apprenticeships, and professional qualifications including AAT, CMI, and CIPD
You’ll combine strategic leadership with hands‑on inspiration, motivating your team to deliver exceptional learning experiences and achieve outstanding results in retention, achievement, and progression.

- Up‑to‑date knowledge of the Business, Leadership and Accounts landscape

We care about your wellbeing so have a number of activities all year that provide support. However, time off is also important. We have a generous holiday scheme, the usual Bank Holidays, an additional 5 days at Christmas and 2 ‘ME’ days (where you can have a day off work and do whatever makes you happy) as well as an additional day on campus spent on wellbeing.
We have a range of benefits available to all staff including paid time off for emergencies (designed to support carers) and all our policies are enhanced further than statutory requirements. The College also contributes to your pension at a minimum of 20.9% (we contribute more for people in the Local Government Pension Scheme).
