Job Description:

Our Learning Support department requires an Apprentice Administrator to support a large and busy Learning Support team at South Staffordshire College.

We seek a motivated individual skilled in Office 365 and bespoke MIS software, to provide administrative support related to Exam Access Arrangements, ensuring all information is correctly recorded, stored, audit-compliant, and ready for inspection.

The ideal candidate should have awareness of learning difficulties, mental health issues, and disabilities, along with excellent customer service skills. They should be a strong team player committed to helping young people and adults succeed in education.
