We are seeking reliable, professional and detail-oriented Exam Invigilators to join our Exams Team, supporting the delivery of both online and paper-based assessments across a range of awarding bodies. This is a variable hours position, ideal for individuals looking for flexible work. Hours will vary week to week depending on the exam schedule and will include daytime sessions at Rodbaston and Cannock as well as occasional evening sessions at Cannock Campus.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the integrity and security of the examination process in line with JCQ and awarding body regulations.
- Monitor candidates throughout the exam to prevent malpractice and maintain a calm environment.
- Deliver clear instructions and guidance to candidates before and during exams.
- Respond to candidate queries in accordance with exam regulations.
- Record and report any incidents or irregularities during exams.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Reliable, professional and detail-oriented individual with the ability to work flexibly.
- Comfortable working in an exam setting and communicating instructions clearly.
- Ability to record and report incidents and follow regulatory procedures.
- Commitment to confidentiality and safeguarding as part of a professional exams team.
Schedule & Locations
Hours vary week to week based on exam schedules. Sessions include daytime shifts at Rodbaston and Cannock, with occasional evening sessions at Cannock Campus.
