Responsibilities
Provide dynamic, energetic and enthusiastic instruction as a full‑time Electrical Lecturer. Teach across a range of Electrical subjects to Level 3, supporting high‑quality delivery and learner progress. Prepare learning programmes to a high standard, utilising individual and group techniques and e‑learning activities to encourage active participation. Support learners through induction, personal support and initial assessments. Provide innovative, interactive sessions and support, inspiration and guidance to learners.
Qualifications
Hold or be working towards a professional teaching qualification and have delivery experience. Demonstrate vocational experience and the ability to teach a range of electrical subjects. Flexible approach, excellent organisational and interpersonal skills are required.
