Responsibilities include working in partnership with our Camp Leaders (mostly Waldorf teachers) for specialized camp weeks (Anime manga, soapbox car construction, art, building easy machines, puppetry, photography, etc.). The Camp Counsellor will facilitate summer day camp activities including:
- Cooking
- Crafts
- Gardening
- Storytelling
- Singing
- Supervision of games
- Providing childcare
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment
Provide age-specific programming for children in a mixed-age day camp. Assist the Kindergarten Camp leader with quiet time for children in the camp aged 7 and under. This is a full-time seasonal role paid $17.00 per hour at an in-person work location.
