Requirements
- Commercial Acumen: Strong business sense with the ability to identify and seize opportunities in a challenging and competitive market environment.
- Track Record: A history of generating new leads and a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Strategic Thinking: Critical thinking and decision-making skills combined with advanced prioritization and time management.
- Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Expertise: We welcome sales professionals with more than 2 years of experience. For our mid-to-senior profiles, we specifically value 6+ years of business development experience, with a strong preference for candidates from the sustainability and/or climate fields.
- Mindset: Self-direction, a sense of urgency, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles with resilience.
