How You Will Contribute
The Community Attendant is a first impression of the community. Exceptional customer service is a must as the Community Attendant will work closely with our residents and their guests.
Things You Will Do:
- Ensure the pool and clubhouse areas are kept neat and tidy at all times.
- Monitor the area to ensure the safety of our residents and their guests.
- Verify that only authorized residents and residents' guests use the pool area by checking their identification (e.g., amenity passes and property identification).
- Enforce the amenities and pool rules as stated in the Resident Handbook.
- Supervise activities in the clubhouse and pool areas.
- Report any violations of clubhouse or pool rules to the Community Manager.
- Check pool chemical levels throughout the day to maintain acceptable levels.
- Issue reasonable commands or instructions to individuals when necessary.
- Set an example by acting in a professional and proper manner.
- Ensure guardians are supervising the children in the clubhouse and pool areas.
- Think safety first and ensure that unsafe conditions are corrected promptly.
- Arrange the clubhouse and pool furniture as needed.
- Check the restroom areas for cleanliness and report to the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Communicate effectively with residents, future residents, visitors, vendors, and team members.
