Business Ventures Administrator - The Role:
You will be the operational hub of the Business Ventures department, managing the complete customer journey from initial enquiry through to signed agreement. You will lead the Lead Interaction Team, qualify incoming business opportunities, administer every stage of our process, and maintain accurate records throughout. This role demands exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and excellent communication to ensure every enquiry receives professional and consistent handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Lead Interaction Team and ensure all incoming enquiries receive prompt responses
- Qualify every Business Ventures enquiry and allocate opportunities to appropriate team members
- Maintain accurate CRM records, monitor pipeline progression, and produce weekly reports covering leads, pipeline status, agreements and contracts
- Prepare and issue Heads of Terms, manage tenancy agreement administration, and coordinate commercial contracts and documentation
- Monitor every opportunity through each pipeline stage, chase outstanding information from applicants, and identify process bottlenecks
You:
- Demonstrate excellent administrative and organisational skills with outstanding attention to detail
- Have strong experience using CRM systems and are highly proficient in Microsoft Office
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Show a process-driven approach, calm under pressure, and passionate commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
