Job Description:

Wymondham Leisure Centre boasts a state of the art gym, 3 studios, two swimming pools, spa facilities, multi-functional Sports Hall and a Café.

The role will involve working within a team to ensure the smooth running of the centre. Team Leaders would act as a keyholder and a senior staff member in the absence of the Assistant Centre Managers. The role will involve supervising the centre throughout the shift, ensuring standards are maintained and excellent customer service delivered.

About You

An RLSS/NPLQ National Pool Lifeguard and a First Aid Qualification are mandatory for this position. However, candidates who do not currently hold these, and who are willing and capable of attaining these qualifications within the first two months of joining will also be considered.

You will need to be able to work a combination of early, day and late shifts on a rota basis over a seven-day period to accommodate the centre\’s opening hours.

You will have demonstrable experience of providing customer service, ideally within a leisure environment, together with experience of working within a large and diverse team.
