The predicted salary is between 10 - 13 £ per hour.
Part-time - 4 hours per week (Salary will be pro-rata based on hours). We are looking to appoint a Swim Teacher to join our Swim School Team in delivering a fun, safe and effective programme for all users at our Diss Swim Centre. The hours are Mondays and Tuesdays from 15:45 to 17:45, 50 weeks per annum.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organise, and deliver a high-quality programme of swimming lessons in line with the Swim England Framework.
- Deliver structured, progressive, and engaging lessons ensuring participants of all ages and abilities enjoy their learning experience while developing essential swimming skills.
- Teach our Learn to Swim programme and contribute to the overall success of the Diss Swim Centre; experience in delivering Group, Adult and Child, individual or 2:1 lessons is desirable.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Commitment to delivering high-quality swimming instruction in line with the Swim England Framework.
- Willingness to undergo appropriate safeguarding checks and disclosures as required, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
