You'll lead a talented Programme Management Office (PMO), influence strategic decision-making and ensure the organisation continues to embrace innovation, technology and data-driven improvement. About You We are looking for an experienced transormation leader with a strong track record of delivering large scale organisational change and tangible benefits within complex environments. Holding a recognised project, programme or portfolio management qualification, you will be able to come strategic thinking with strong operational delivery. You will be skilled in in leading and influencing teams, managing performance and programme finances, and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. With excellent communication and analytical skills, you will be able to translate complex priorities into clear plans and drive successful outcomes across the organisation.
