About Us…
We care for approximately 12700 patients and are supported by a skilled MDT team including GPs, nurses, pharmacists, first contact physiotherapists, care coordinators and social prescribers. We are committed to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality care across our local community and playing a role in shaping and supporting general practice across North Devon.

North Devon is renowned for its rugged, breathtaking coastline, dramatic cliffs, and sweeping golden beaches. The region features unique spots ranging from the dramatic terrain of Exmoor to tranquil, historic seaside villages. South Molton is a historic market town in North Devon, England, known as the "Gateway to Exmoor". It features a traditional Saxon-era square, a bustling Pannier Market, independent shops and is an ideal base for exploring Exmoor National Park and the Devon coast.
