We care for approximately 12,700 patients and are supported by a skilled MDT team including GPs, nurses, pharmacists, first contact physiotherapists, care coordinators and social prescribers. We are committed to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality care across our local community and playing a role in shaping and supporting general practice across North Devon.
