The Role
- You’ll deliver engaging, game-related football sessions within primary and secondary schools, creating a safe, inclusive and exciting environment where players can thrive.
- Create a positive, well-managed learning environment where behaviour standards are clear and consistent.
- Deliver game-based practices, small-sided games and targeted technical interventions.
- Build strong relationships with school staff and students, becoming a valued part of the school community.
- Provide clear, age-appropriate technical and tactical coaching.
- Identify and recommend additional support or pathways for players and schools.
- Work collaboratively with PE departments and school leadership to meet shared goals.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience delivering sports or football sessions in schools (primary and/or secondary).
- Background in a football environment (academy, development centre, community or professional club pathway preferred).
- FA Introduction to Coaching Football (minimum) with relevant experience.
- UEFA C or higher is highly desirable.
- Up-to-date Enhanced DBS, FA Safeguarding, and FA Emergency First Aid in Football.
- Confident managing groups and behaviour in school settings.
- Reliable, professional, and able to travel across South London.
