Job Description: Inspire the Next Generation of Girls in Football. At SLGFA, we believe every girl deserves access to high-quality football coaching and the chance to experience a professional academy environment. Our mission is to create a program that mirrors the standards of elite clubs — helping talented young players unlock their potential and chase their footballing aspirations. We’re growing our coaching team and are looking for passionate, skilled, and reliable Academy Coaches to join us on a self-employed, sessional basis.
The Role: As an Academy Coach, you’ll deliver dynamic, engaging sessions that reflect SLGFA’s methodology and values. You’ll be part of a supportive coaching environment that places equal importance on technical excellence, player welfare, and personal growth. Our Sutton sessions take place on Monday evenings from 6-7pm and 7-8pm at Cheam Common Junior Academy.

- Experience working within a professional football club or elite player environment.
- FA Level 2 / UEFA C Licence (minimum).

- A genuine commitment to empowering girls through football.
Pay & Conditions: £20–£30 per session, depending on experience and qualifications. Self-employed, sessional contract.
Requirements: Before starting, all coaches must hold valid:
