SLGFA delivers high-quality, professional coaching for girls across South London (Southwark, Lewisham, Bromley). Our mission is to develop players and people—unlocking potential, building confidence and providing pathways into the professional game. We are now seeking an Academy Coach who embodies excellence, character and a genuine passion for girls’ football development.

Coaching & Player Development

  • Deliver high-quality coaching sessions across all centres (or a selection of):
    • Southwark: Saturdays 11:30–13:30
    • Lewisham: Fridays 17:30–19:30
  • Support individual Player Development Plans and contribute to refined, age-appropriate learning.
  • Produce weekly session plans and upload them to the 360 player platform for players to see ahead of sessions.

Essential Experience & Qualifications

  • UEFA B Licence or UEFA C with right experience
  • Experience within a professional club or club community foundation
  • Experience working specifically in girls’ football

Part-time, permanent £15-£30 per coaching session
