We are looking for a passionate and talented Pastry Sous Chef to join our award-winning team at South Lodge Hotel. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced chef to showcase their creativity and leadership within a dynamic kitchen environment.

The Role:

As Pastry Sous Chef, you will:

  • Support the Head Pastry Chef in ensuring the smooth running of the pastry section.
  • Assist with menu planning, stock control, and product costing systems.
  • Deliver training on health, hygiene, and safety standards within the team.
  • Develop and inspire junior team members to maintain high standards and encourage innovation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Remain proactive in assessing current industry trends and initiatives.
