About Our Board And Customer Services Committee
South Liverpool Homes (SLH) is the parent to Avela Services Limited, who in turn is the majority partner in a joint venture with Penny Lane Builders Limited, Avela Home Service. The Avela Services (Avela) Board is responsible for setting the strategic vision and direction of Avela, whilst also directing, controlling and scrutinising Avela’s affairs and performance. In line with legal and financial requirements and the organisation’s objectives through good governance and effective strategic planning. As a board member, you will contribute to this collective responsibility by providing strategic leadership and control of Avela, acting in its best interest.
