£Office working - at our Independent Living Scheme, Servite Court. Permanent, Full Time - 35 hours per week. We are also happy to talk flexible working.

As the Scheme Manager, you will provide an effective housing management service to tenants living in our Independent Living accommodation. The Scheme Manager will support tenants to sustain their tenancies, access relevant housing management support and live independently within the suitable shared living environment.
The successful candidate will have experience involving care of people over aged 55 within a housing environment. An understanding of independent living accommodation management issues and of current housing legislation is essential.
You will be able to deal with conflict and complaints, and assess the complex and varied support needs of residents in independent living schemes.
