What will your role be?
As the Governance & Assurance Officer, you will provide a high-quality administrative support service to SLH board, committees and senior managers. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the organisation's governance and risk management frameworks through the effective coordination and administration of meetings, including the preparation of agendas, accurate minute taking and ensuring follow-up actions are tracked and evidenced. You will also support with data protection administrative activities.

You will be a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in minute taking, meeting administration and document management. You will have excellent communication skills, an understanding of governance and compliance and the ability to manage multiple priorities to agreed deadlines. You will be proactive, professional with the confidence to work collaboratively with senior leaders and stakeholders, helping to uphold best practice in governance and enabling SLH to operate effectively in line with regulatory requirements.
