What will your role be?
- Youll support our Development team while gaining hands-on experience in project management, architecture, regeneration, and technical services.
- From assisting with planning and design to helping organise budgets and timelines, youll be involved in real projects, attend site visits, and work alongside experts to ensure designs meet regulatory and sustainability standards.
- Youll also contribute to stakeholder engagement and keep project records accurate.
- As part of our apprenticeship programme, youll receive full training and development to build practical, job-ready skills.
Who are we looking for?
- To succeed in this role, youll need a solid general education with Maths and English at grade A*C / 94 or above.
- Strong IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the confidence to handle queries calmly and efficiently are essential.
- You should be self-motivated, ready to take responsibility for your own development, and able to meet the requirements of an apprenticeship programme.
