Our vision is Great homes. Strong communities. Bright futures. This vision supports our mission to provide quality homes and community-enhancing services to those in need. As a social landlord and a major stakeholder in the communities where we work, we tackle societal issues and help close the gap on the multiple inequalities that our communities face. Fundamental to this is the provision of good quality housing that people are proud to call their home.

As an ASB Officer, you will be responsible for managing complex cases of anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches, from initial investigation through to legal and non-legal resolution. You will work closely with victims, perpetrators, and witnesses to gather evidence, complete risk assessments, and provide a supportive, victim-led service that minimises harm and further escalation. You will build robust evidential cases, prepare court documentation, attend court as a professional witness, and use a range of legal remedies to achieve effective outcomes for customers and the organisation. Working in partnership with local agencies and stakeholders, you will contribute to multi-agency approaches that prevent ASB, improve communities, and strengthen community cohesion.

We are looking for an experienced housing or community safety professional with strong knowledge of anti-social behaviour, tenancy enforcement, and safeguarding. You will have experience managing complex cases and applying appropriate legal and non-legal interventions, with an understanding of how enforcement action may be used where necessary. The role requires excellent communication, conflict management, and record-keeping skills, alongside the ability to work objectively and to performance targets. A housing qualification (or willingness to work towards one), GCSEs including English and Maths, and a full UK driving licence with access to transport are essential.

You will love being part of a caring, inclusive, professional, and innovative organisation. You will work with colleagues who feel happy, motivated, and passionate about what they do, as well as working for an organisation that will support and inspire you to do your very best.
