Speke, Liverpool (Hybrid working) – a mixture of home and office working

Salary: £36,148 per annum plus an £846 annual car allowance and excellent benefits

Hours: 35 hours per week. We are also ‘Happy to Talk Flexible Working’

What will your role be?

Our team of Housing & Community Officers provide visible and accessible support and engagement to our tenants and communities. You will work proactively to manage your caseload in relation to tenancy and estate matters and enquiries from customers. Working to ensure all our customers are treated fairly, listened to and their views acted upon.

You will be actively involved in the delivery of neighbourhood plans, estate management and improvement and engagement activities, including home visits completed as part of our ‘Knowing our customers’ campaign to support our aim of visiting all our tenants at least once every 18 months.

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in a similar housing management role. You will be experienced in interacting with customers and providing a high-quality and consistent service against key performance indicators. You will be able to manage and prioritise your workload, problem-solve, accurately maintain records and work effectively as part of a team.
