What will your role be?
As the Asset Support Officer, you will support the Asset Management team with general administrative support with duties including:
- Dealing with customer and colleague enquiries
- Defect monitoring and reporting
- Data inputting
- Raising purchase orders for invoices
You will deliver a high level of customer service and respond to enquiries directed to the Asset Management team, ensuring customers are treated fairly, listened to and have their views acted upon in an effective and efficient manner.
