Hybrid - Liverpool office/home

£56,296 per annum plus excellent benefits

Hours: 35 hours per week. We are also 'Happy to Talk Flexible Working'

What will your role be?

As the Development Project Manager, you will support the Development team and South Liverpool Homes with the delivery of new social/affordable rented and shared ownership homes. Ensuring that Homes England Grant funding is obtained and scheme compliance with Capital Funding Audit requirements. You’ll take responsibility for the management of projects from identification of sites, financial appraisal and managing the legal aspects of the projects through to practical completion on site and handover.

You will be a highly organised individual with excellent communication and conflict management skills, who can manage multiple priorities to agreed deadlines. You will be educated to degree level (or equivalent, through relevant training/experience), have experience in delivering successful, development project management services and effective partnership working.
