What will your role be?
As the Asset Support Officer, you will support the Asset Management team with general administrative support with duties including; dealing with customer and colleague enquires, defect monitoring and reporting, data inputting, and raising purchase orders for invoices. You will deliver a high level of customer service and respond to enquiries directed to the Asset Management team, ensuring customers are treated fairly, listened to and have their views acted upon in an effective and efficient manner.

Who are we looking for?
You will be a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities to agreed deadlines. You will have GCSEs in Maths and English (grade 4/C or above), and you must have experience of delivering excellent customer service in a customer focused environment, dealing with enquiries either via telephone, email and face to face.
