About Us: South Lincolnshire Academies Trust has over 550 teaching and support staff working in the four schools (Bourne Academy, Spalding Academy, Giles Academy and Cowley Academy) that make up our highly successful Trust.
South Lincolnshire Academies Trust is seeking to appoint a friendly, organised and motivated Examination Administrator to join the team at Spalding Academy in September 2026.
As part of our examination and administration team, the successful candidate will:
- Provide comprehensive support for the delivery of examinations, including collecting evidence, scheduling tests, and co-ordinating access arrangements for students, alongside undertaking day-to-day administrative duties.
- Be a confident, motivated and highly organised individual;
- Have excellent time management skills, able to manage and meet multiple deadlines;
- Have a high level of attention to detail;
- Be a confident communicator via telephone, email and face to face;
- Be confident when using computer programmes such as (but not limited to) Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Be a team player, flexible, adaptable and proactive;
- Good numeracy and literacy skills;
- Experience using SIMS and School Cloud would be desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided;
- Experience working within exams or education would be desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided.
