About Us: South Lincolnshire Academies Trust has over 550 teaching and support staff working in the four schools (Bourne Academy, Spalding Academy, Giles Academy and Cowley Academy) that make up our highly successful Trust.
South Lincolnshire Academies Trust is seeking to appoint a Year Lead to join the Pastoral Team at either Bourne Academy, Spalding Academy, Cowley Academy or Giles Academy. Year Leads are an integral part of the Pastoral Team. This is a highly valued and responsible position requiring a team player who is self-motivated and willing to respond enthusiastically in an organisation that has high expectations of all colleagues and students.
This is an exciting opportunity and the successful candidate must be inspirational and innovative; you will be joining a strong, dynamic and forward-thinking team who have excellent relationships with students, colleagues, parents/carers and supporting outside agencies.
The role will involve providing pastoral support to the varying needs of our students in order for them to achieve academically and flourish as individuals. You must be able to model the emotional intelligence required to build effective and positive relationships with all in our community.
