IT TECHNICIANS Required from April or September 2025 South Lincolnshire Academies Trust are seeking to appoint two IT Technicians to join a small team of dedicated staff to assist with the running of the Trust’s well-equipped IT network. The successful candidates will primarily be based at Bourne Academy or Cowley Academy and may occasionally have to provide support at one of the other Trust schools for which mileage will be paid. The IT Technician role will involve: • Computer hardware repair & maintenance, along with network cable installation and termination; • Sound working knowledge in a range of different software products to be able to support other users including Microsoft Office & Adobe Creative Suite; • The ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues; • Knowledge in audio and visual setups including projector installations, and microphones for school events; • Experience of working within a similar school environment would be an advantage; • Working on your own, using your initiative and within the team to demonstrate practical knowledge and problem-solving strategies.
