About Us: South Lincolnshire Academies Trust has over 550 teaching and support staff working in the four schools (Bourne Academy, Spalding Academy, Giles Academy and Cowley Academy) that make up our highly successful Trust.

South Lincolnshire Academies Trust is seeking to appoint friendly, organised and motivated SEN Administrators to join the team at Spalding Academy and Cowley Academy. As part of our examination and administration team, the successful candidate will:

  • Provide comprehensive support managing SEN records, documentation and confidential files;
  • Be a confident, motivated and highly organised individual;
  • Have excellent time management skills, able to manage and meet multiple deadlines;
  • Have a high level of attention to detail;
  • Be a confident communicator via telephone, email and face to face;
  • Be confident when using computer programmes such as (but not limited to) Microsoft Word and Excel;
  • Be a team player, flexible, adaptable and proactive;
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills;
  • Previous experience within SEN and/or administration is desirable, but not essential.

Salary: GLEA Grade 3 – GLEA Grade 4 - £13,225 - £14,864 per annum - (depending on qualifications and experience)

Hours: 22.5 hours a week, 40 weeks per annum
