South Lincolnshire Academies Trust wish to appoint a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrator to support the Human Resources Director at either Cowley Academy or Giles Academy.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving and highly motivated Trust who take pride in the high staff retention rates and wellbeing of their staff. You will work alongside the Human Resources Director to continue the high Human Resources standards across all schools in the Trust.
The successful candidate will:
- Be a highly skilled and experienced Administrator preferably with a background in Human Resources although this is not essential;
- Have excellent written skills and be a strong communicator;
- Have experience of MS Office packages;
- Have attention to detail, working with a high level of accuracy;
- Be proactive and able to manage multiple priorities;
- Be able to work with confidentiality and integrity;
- Be approachable, supportive and a team player.
