£23,375 – £ 29,237 per annum
(depending on qualifications and experience)
37 hours a week
39 weeks per annum

South Lincolnshire Academies Trust is seeking to appoint reliable, confident and enthusiastic Cover Manager to join our Trust at Giles Academy.

Working to support the school’s cover requirements, the successful candidate will:

• Be confident and with strong communication skills, motivated to deliver engaging lessons to our students;
• Be quick thinking, flexible, adaptable and proactive;
• Be able to organise suitable cover arrangements for both pre planned and unexpected absence;
• Be able to deliver pre planned lessons, in a professional manner across multiple subjects to students;
• Be able to implement behaviour management and maintain high standards with confidence;
• Ability to inspire and motivate our young people;
• Good numeracy and literacy skills;
• Confident when using computers;
• Experience within education is desirable but not essential, full training will be provided.
