Bourne Academy is seeking to appoint an inspirational, highly motivated, enthusiastic and dynamic Teacher of Science to work at Bourne Academy. This is a great opportunity for ECTs or experienced teachers to join a thriving and highly motivated Trust. Great opportunities and a negotiable TLR are available for the right candidate.

The Department for Education have ranked South Lincolnshire Academies Trust as the 12th top performing Trust in England out of 213 Multi Academy Trusts with three or more schools.

The Trust is looking for an exceptional candidate who has:

  • Qualified teacher status;
  • The ability to teach Science at KS3 and KS4;
  • The opportunity to teach Science at KS5;
  • Excellent organisation and ICT skills;
  • Inspirational leadership skills;
  • An awareness of effective assessment and use of data to track student progress;
  • The capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team;
  • A passion for the subject and the ability to share this with young people.
