South Lincolnshire Academies Trust has over 550 teaching and support staff working in the four schools (Bourne Academy, Spalding Academy, Giles Academy, and Cowley Academy). We are seeking reliable, confident, and enthusiastic Cover Instructors to join our Trust at Spalding Academy, Bourne Academy & Giles Academy.
Responsibilities
- Be confident, positive, motivated and driven to deliver lessons to our young people.
- Be quick‑thinking, flexible, adaptable and proactive.
- Deliver pre‑planned lessons professionally and inspiringly across multiple subjects to students.
- Implement behaviour management strategies confidently and maintain high standards.
- Inspire and motivate our students.
- Use computers confidently as part of the role.
Qualifications
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
- Experience within education desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
