South Lincolnshire Academies Trust is looking for an Inclusion Learning Mentor to support students temporarily out of lessons. This high-impact role is based in the Inclusion Room and focuses on improving student outcomes and behaviour.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people, strong communication skills, and a commitment to supporting vulnerable students.
Potential candidates should be prepared to work 32.5 hours per week across various locations including Spalding, Bourne, Boston and Donington.
