Attendance Manager Required ASAP South Lincolnshire Academies Trust are seeking to appoint an Attendance Manager to join the Pastoral Team based at Bourne Academy. We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic and driven individual who can take responsibility for the operational and administrative support needed to promote whole school attendance strategies. You will be working with the Senior Leadership and Pastoral teams with the aim to improve attendance levels and reduce persistent absence in line with Trust attendance targets. The successful candidate must be a team player as well as possessing a good sense of humour. This is a very exciting opportunity to work within a high performing and successful Trust.
