Work Pattern: Monday, Tuesday and alternative Wednesday 8.45am - 4.45pm

Salary / Hourly Rate: £29,326 - £29,745

We have an existing opportunity to join our South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Performance and Support Service Team, providing a centralised minute taking service to our four localities. This is a rewarding role which gives you the opportunity to positively contribute towards South Lanarkshire Heath and Social Care Partnerships public service delivery. You would be part of a successful well-established minute taking service.

As an Administrative Assistant within the minute taking service, you will liaise with internal colleagues and external agencies to arrange, co-ordinate, complete and distribute minutes of meetings which include Child Protection, Adult Support and Protection etc. You will attend the meetings which are in the majority via Microsoft Teams and take a record of the meeting, utilising agreed templates, which will include the agreed care plan for the service user. You will also be responsible for updating electronic systems including the South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnerships Child Protection Register.

We welcome applications from people who are exceptional and driven, with excellent keyboard, oral and written communication skills. Have previously had the opportunity to take records of meetings. All applicants who meet the initial criteria will be required to undertake a minute taking test, prior to attending for interview.
