Hours: 2 x 35hrs or 3 x 17.5hrs per week, temporary for 12 months

You will be responsible for the completion of a holistic assessment of risks and needs, developing care support plans to meet identified needs, reviewing existing plans and supporting duty work under the supervision of the Operations Manager. This work is underpinned by the principles of the Social Work (Scotland) Act 1968.
The successful candidate will be motivated, organised, willing to learn and have experience of working with vulnerable groups in the community.
