Hours: 35hrs per week, permanent

Work Pattern: Monday-Thursday 8.45am - 4.45pm, Friday 8.45am - 4.15pm

Salary / Hourly Rate: £25,767 - £27,063

We have an exciting clerical opportunity to join our South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnership, Performance and Support Services team, with a Clerical Assistant vacancy within the Auchentibber Resource Centre. You would be part of a successful, well established administration service, and as a Clerical Assistant, you would undertake a wide variety of administrative duties, including:

  • Providing a front-line reception service
  • Data inputting to our Social Work case management system
  • Providing a word processing service
  • Minute taking and distribution
  • Arranging meetings using the MS Office Outlook facility
  • Maintaining spreadsheets
  • Answering and fielding phone calls
  • Using Multi Functional Devices
  • Scanning and indexing documents
  • Other general administrative tasks to support our operational staff

We would welcome applications from people who have an excellent knowledge of IT packages and it’s desirable that you will have experience of working as a receptionist or within an office setting, although required training will be provided.
