We are looking for highly motivated individuals to work as part of a team who will provide a support service to Home Carers working to support vulnerable people living in the community Council wide. This includes scheduling and allocation of work. There is a requirement to use IT, and you should have an interest and understanding of IT programmes.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the Organisation.
- Additional increments for working unsocial hours will also apply.
- South Lanarkshire Council will provide and fund all required training including induction and ongoing learning and development.

Shift Pattern: In accordance with a rotational roster, you will work over a four-week shift pattern which consists of two weeks day shift and 2 weeks back shifts. Day shift is 6.30am until 3.30pm (during weekdays - 7am until 4pm office based). Backshift is 3pm until 11pm.
Shift Pattern consists of:
- Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (Dayshift)
- Week 2 – Wednesday, Thursday (Dayshift)
- Week 3 – Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (Backshift)
- Week 4 – Wednesday, Thursday (Backshift)
